Requesting an Appointment 

You’ve done your research and feel confident that Vida is the right next step in caring for your pet, now what? We encourage you to connect with our team at the location that is most convenient to you and request an appointment online or by phone.

Your First Visit 

When you and your pet walk through our doors, you will be greeted by a courteous receptionist, clean exam rooms, friendly doctors, and caring technicians. We ask that all dogs are in a secure travel crate or on leash and all cats are contained in a carrier. This is to ensure the safety of your pet and others. 

After checking in at our front desk, a member of our team will meet you in the lobby and escort you to an examination room. We will ask a few questions and measure your pet’s vital signs. One of our veterinarians will then examine your pet, address any concerns you may have, and work with you to create an individual care plan based on your pet’s species, breed, age, current medical condition and previous veterinary care.  

This is a great time to ask questions! Our veterinary team wants to ensure you’re completely comfortable with the information we are providing and the care your pet is receiving.  

Once the appointment has concluded, our Customer Care Representatives will process your payment at the front desk and schedule any follow-up appointments needed.
